Took my cocker spaniel puppy to get groomed and bathed. They trimmed nails, shaved the bottom of his paws and bathed him. Wish they would have cleaned his ears and trimmed a little better but they were nice and did a good job on what they did do. The pricing was fair.
Great selection of dog food and treats. They offer many opportunities to purchase items on sale. They also reward you for being a PetPerks customer.. One of the best value places to shop for pet food. Staff members are personable and always willing to assist you. Great place for your furry family.
My 3 friends and I were there earlier today buying training supplies and working on some dog training. My dog is nervous around strangers and their dogs are training to be service dogs. Our dogs were well under control and not off leash. We were not giving any advice or advertising for a company, but minding our own business and working with our dogs. We were kicked out by Howard for training our dogs. Even when we explained we weren't working with a company or giving any advice he still said we had to leave. I returned what I purchased and the cashier was very sweet and upset we were asked to leave. She provided great customer service which is why this got 2 stars instead of 1
In the past several years we have had no complaints until today. Today there was a staff member in the grooming area that was very loud and screaming that another dog had drooled on her. This behavior made our dog very un-comfortable & nervous, including myself. At that time, I really considered just leaving the store altogether, and not leaving my dog alone with this groomer in the room creating this bad environment. Seriously considering changing to another grooming store that is in the Fairlawn area. It was very obvious that this employee isnt or hasn't been trained properly to be around the many different types of animals that are groomed daily in this store.
I love shopping at this store, they always have what I'm looking for. The employees area friendly and helpful. Plus I get to visit the kitties that they have up for adoption. So cute!
