As someone who ships parcels a few times a month, I am typically satisfied with the service I receive here. Like all locations, it can be a little slow. They often misplace packages or have customers who need their parcels repackaged or correctly labelled because the customer has made an error. This happens just about every three times I am in. It's a little aggravating when I have other places to go, but people sometimes make mistakes. The people here might seem as if they really don't like to be there but they get the job done. I have never been treated unkindly so I cannot complain.

This Fairlawn office is a perfect example of why the Post Office gets such a bad rep. I should be compensated for all the mis-delivered mail I take to my neighbors. There are two clerks that work inside the branch that work very hard and are very competent. I am mystified by the seemingly total incompetence of everyone else who works there.
Horrible customer service! The people who work here do not care about their customers. I mailed a 2-day Priority Mail package and 6 days later it is still not delivered. Worst of all I cannot find out where it is because no one in the office picks up the phone and if they do, they immediately put you on hold with a central line where the waiting time is 2 hours! I cannot stand doing business with USPS, bloody oligopoly!
I am sometimes at this post office a couple times a day and I am consistently greeted with kindness and courtesy
