Horrible customer care even for a Dr's office. I tried to get one of my prescriptions filled through my pharmacy because they ask you to do it that way. A week later I called the pharmacy and they said they can't fill the prescription until the doctor receives my complete medical history from my previous doctor (I just moved here). So I call the previous Dr., had them fax it over, which takes 48 hours for them to let you know they received it. 48 hours later I called back and they claimed they never received the history so I call back the previous Dr again and have them resend it a second time. I called back to University Hospitals in Fairlawn to verify receipt and they wouldn't verify because I was calling within 48 hours even though it was the 2nd time I was calling and they now said that it takes 7-10 business days to review the history once they receive it, meanwhile I haven't had my long term prescription for almost 2 weeks and I haven't been able to sleep as I suffer from insomnia. Still no one was willing to look into it deeper. I eventually called my old Doctor and they refilled my script for me because I was desperate and couldn't wait any longer. The next month, I call the new Dr's office again as the script has to be filled every 30 days. Now they still say they haven't received the medical history even though I obtained a fax confirmation and now they want me to go in to take a drug test every 90 days to fill the script, which they did not inform me of to begin with. So now here I am with no medication, still no medical history received meaning another 7-10 business day wait AND now I need to get drug tested 4 times a year??! I will never step foot inside this building again, screw this place.
