My mom and I visited on Sunday. From the moment we walked in we had a great time. We worked with Kim who walked us through the entire store looking for a specific style sofa. Once we found "the one" she walked the entire store yet again with us to find the perfect accent chair. The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality furniture they offer. In addition the delivery fee and protection package are extremely well priced and convenient. I know where I will be shopping for every piece of furniture in the future!
We were greeted the moment we walked in the store but we're not pressed until we asked for assistance. Toby was the best sales person we've worked with in a long time. She was personable and appeared to know every piece in the store. Can't say enough good about her or the store! Would definitely recommend them to family and friends!!! We will go back.

Toby was absolutely phenomenal to work with! We were just browsing through the store for a new sectional for our basement and spotted one we liked. Toby was very helpful working with us and was never too pushy or overbearing like so many other sales people we have encountered at other furniture stores. She took the time to answer all of our very extensive questions. We were nervous about the couch making it down to our basement and she was so helpful and reassuring. We will definitely be back to have Toby help us with our next project around the house! We love our basement movie nights! Thanks Toby!
I bought furniture at Ashley Home Store in Fairlawn OH. Less than 6 months my sofa's frame cracked. Ashley would not replace, they sent a repair man that could not fix it. Ashley picked it up and had it for 19 days. Then Ashley said they would not extend my warranty from that day forward. 7 days before my year was up, it cracked....in the same place! I have no children, no pets, and am a single gal. They told me the warranty was null and void, because I moved. (I might have done something to it). How insulting, or they know how the workmanship truly is! I am so thankful that I didn't buy the extra warranty because I read all over that they do not honor it either. Also beware when at another furniture store, because there are Ashley pieces in other stores. I will NEVER buy another piece of furniture from Ashley and tell EVERYONE my story, and tell them not to buy from Ashley!
Gosh I thought Ashley's goal was my complete satisfaction with service and products....I'm not satisfied at all!
BTW NO STARS, I WISH THEY HAD A NEGATIVE SIGN TO PLACE IN FRONT OF THE STARS. ALSO YOU CANNOT POST UNLESS YOU HIT A STAR!
I went into the Ashley Homestore to look for a Sofa, Loveseat and oversized chair. I have to say that I had the best consultant ever.My consultants name was Alicia. She was able to show me just what I wanted. I also got great prices on everything that I purchased .Alicia was very helpful. She even helped me get quick financing. My mom came in with me also. Since she had purchased from the store before and referred me I was able to get 18 months 0% financing. I was also able to use a coupon for 10% off my purchase from retail me not. Alicia was very knowledgeable about all of the furniture. I would definitely be back to purchase more in the future. I am so excited to get everything I purchased. Thanks Alicia.
