People should understand that it is your own risk bringing your car to a public car wash. Yes, scratches and other things might happen. If you don't like the risk, find a "laser wash" place that doesn't touch your car. You sign your life and your car's life away when you sign up. Read the fine print!
I have a monthly subscription. Kind of high given I am not using it enough to justify the monthly cost. Sometimes the one of the machines are broken and no discount is given for that.
DO NOT PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP FROM HERE!!! So UNPROFESSIONAL! Management/owner was extremely rude!! Wanted to cancel membership and have us a hard time even though when we purchased it was a "hassle free cancellation policy." They basically refused to cancel without and explanation as to why we wanted to cancel and tried to say they were "half open" and couldn't really do it.... it was a rainy day however you were letting people through for car washes still and were in the building.. clearly your open!
Affordable Monthly Unlimited Plan. Never had a problem with customer service. As far as I'm concerned, I never need to talk to anyone.....you drive through the gate, and into the car wash. It's all automated with your window sticker.
I like to keep my car clean and this place has reasonably priced unlimited wash plans. I definitely get my money's worth. Ill try to go once per week during fair weather months, but i'll go as many as 4 times per week during the winter. as long as i have the plan its free car washes. Usually they are priced from $8-$16 per wash (i think). I have the highest plan which is $44/month so if i get 3 washes i'm ahead of the game. they also have free vacuums which have great suction so it doesn't take long to clean interiors. Staff is always kind and quick within reason.
Everyone is very open door and polite. After reading reviews I can only imagine that we do not agree at all. I got to meet some managers such as Joe and Will both very reasonable and level headed gentlemen. Prices are amazing including in their memberships and all workers are completely friendly and easily approachable.
