Omg I wish I'd read this before! I joined for 6 mos. Saw a charge on my debit card - didn't know it was a rotating monthly fee. I thought it was pay as you go. Shock #1. Shock number two came when I tried to cancel our appointments with 22 hours notice and was informed that I would owe half of the massage charge you a cancellation. So she was willing to alienate a new customer over 2 hours. I asked to speak with the manager and Cassandra informed me that she was the manager and that it began and ended with her. She was inflexible rude and poor customer service oriented. The therapist we got the first time were good and I have no complaints. But, I would really try to discourage anyone from joining this charade of membership. They will steal your money they will take advantage of you and they are very unscrupulous and RUDE.
Massages are always great! Hours are very convenient and they make us feel at home! Dominique is super friendly and professional each time I call or come in !! She and Judy are a great start and finish to our experience every time!!! A+ all the way!!
Mistakes happen, but when they do, what matters is how businesses react to those mistakes. Would not recommend because of poor customer service. I booked a massage here for a Friday, and when I went in at my appointment time, they said my appointment was for Saturday, not Friday. I was visiting from out of town, and going home early Saturday morning, so I would never have booked it for Saturday. They told me they were booked up and couldn't do anything for the Friday I showed up, which I understand. But it was their mix up, and they didn't offer me any apologies for coming in, or try to make the situation better at all - just a bunch of blank faces. They should have offered a coupon for another time or something to entice me to rebook. Also, they need a better booking system so customers can get email or text confirmations with dates and times to make sure there aren't mix ups when booking over the phone. Bottom line - next time I would book at a local day spa over this Massage Envy.
Didn't get the massage I requested and specifified very clearly over the phone. The massage was not worth the money they charged. I defiantly paid for an hour massage it was more like 35 mins, paid for a sugar scrub foot rub and it took her longer to open the packets of scrub then she took to rub my feet. The staff was very friendly I can't complain about them at all but I politely complained because I was not happy at all and they asked about paying for the monthly massages and I informed that i wasn't happy with this massage why would I pay for one monthly. The girl said the manager would call me to figure something out yea he never called, unprofessional will not recommend this place for a massage to any one I know...
Let me start off by saying my therapist Jessica was exceptional!!! She gets 5 stars!!! The professionalism of the staff is what I'm displeased with. I was gifted an 1 1/2 massage and only received an hour. I spoke with Kyle, the manger, and he said come back and you'll only have to pay $68 for the 1 1/2 massage since we owe you 30 minutes. That makes no sense to me since my total gifted 1 1/2 massage should be free. Needless to say I will never visit this location EVER! Plus, I didn't get offered any of their packages. Hopefully, the Strongsville site will be better...
